Facilities Technician / Entry Handyman paying $24-26/hour

Description:

• Repairs: Handymen perform repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including fixing lights, replacing fuses, and repairing wiring. They also fix plumbing issues like dripping taps and running toilets.

• Maintenance: Handymen perform general maintenance and cleaning, including maintaining trash and recycling receptacles, and cleaning out rain gutters.

• Installation: Handymen install and replace floors, stairs, piping, and household appliances like washing machines and dishwashers. They also install smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, window locks, and shelves.

• Landscaping: Handymen maintain and install landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and weeding flower beds.

• Painting: Handymen paint walls, ceilings, doors, and window frames.

• Renovations: Handymen perform renovations, such as tiling and other flooring replacements.

• Need to be good with basic hand tools, patch walls, simple power tools, etc.
