A Brief Overview
The HR Representative for Employee Relations will provide essential administrative support to the Employee Relations team. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of employee relations activities.
What you’ll do
Assist with the documentation and filing of employee relations cases.
Maintain, organize and review employee records and confidential files.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Employee Relations team.
Assist in compiling and analyzing data for employee relations reports.
Provide support with Additional Job notifications, Domestic Violence Protocols, and other processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration. Coursework or experience in HR or employee relations is a plus.

Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of financial institutions regulatory and compliance matters

Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication skills (fully bilingual with excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish and English)
