Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries related to billing, collections, and payments

• Provide support for audits and assist in the preparation of financial reports

• Manage and reconcile company credit card statements

• Perform other related duties as assigned

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience with accounting software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
