  • Prior experience with basketball program.

  • Prior experience with technology; including video, video editing, graphic design and social media platforms.

  • Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree with additional consideration to applicants who possess a Masters degree.

Job Description

Texas State University, a member of the Sun Belt Conference, is seeking applications for the position of Coordinator of Player Personnel for Women’s Basketball. This position is a full-time benefits eligible position and reports to the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball.

Job Duties

Position duties include:

  • Overseeing and assisting with the day-to-day personal needs and matters with Student-Athletes.

  • Responsible for all video coordination as it relates to opponent scouting and player development.

  • Assist in the development of on court basketball skills for all student-athletes.

  • Compile and manage a scout team for daily practice.

  • Assist the Director of Basketball Operations & coaching staff with special projects for the Women’s Basketball program.

  • Comply with all applicable NCAA , Conference and Texas State University rules and regulations.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
