Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in supporting our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring product movements, and conducting regular stock audits.

• Order Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of inventory needs.

• Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to reorder stock as necessary, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.

• Receiving and Inspection: Manage the receiving process for incoming inventory, including inspecting products for quality and accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation is completed.

• Data Entry: Enter and update inventory data in our inventory management system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Inventory Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, warehousing, and logistics, to support overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: an associates or Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related role is preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
