What youll do:

Our Clinical Team Lead (First Episode Psychosis) ensures the quality of services to clients by coordinating day-to-day operations of the program. This role provides clinical services and direct crisis intervention to members (youth, families, and adults).

Essential responsibilities:

  • Assist Clinical Coordinator with the administrative and compliance functions. Provide instruction and training for staff, interns, and contract staff, in his/her respective discipline, as opportunities permit or as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator.
  • Ensure the continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services to family, youth, and adult and assist additional team members, which include Clinical Coordinator and/or manager in coordinating communication with other departments of the agency or with external stakeholders in accomplishing this function.
  • Produce complete, timely, thorough, quality clinical documentation of all services rendered, both billable and non-billable, as required. All documentation must include sufficient information about the activity being documented and the clients participation in, and response to, the activity.
  • Work independently and responsibly, and participate in the completion of health plan deliverables.
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the program; schedule meetings and services. Provide, or arrange for, coverage for positions, as needed.
  • Provide and deliver at least 40 hours of work per week with a goal of 15 hours direct client contact, which includes case management as needed. Work beyond scheduled work hours to complete required paperwork or to complete crisis stabilization tasks. Some evening hours may be required.
  • Take an active role in standing and ad hoc committees and work groups as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all related state, community mental health, and contracting organizations.
  • Position requires driving of company van and/or personal vehicle. Must maintain a valid Arizona driver\'s license at all times. Maintain liability insurance for personal vehicle.

What youll provide:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree with Course of Study: Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or directly related field.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid Arizona Drivers License, with no major infractions in the past three years is required.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
