Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $80,000 - $90,000 / year*
What you'll be doing as a Production Manager :
The manager will oversee the plants' production, ensuring employees are trained and meeting performance and safety expectations and coordinating with management
All employee hiring, counseling as needed, and firing will be carried out by the plant manager
Candidates must have a hands-on knowledge of diagnosing equipment issues, making repairs, ordering new equipment and preparing the plants and their employees for quality assurance needs and overseeing agency requirements such as OSHA
Must have knowledge of safety laws and regulations, knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations, overseeing rules and expectations
The plant manager is also expected to generate and enforce employee schedules. Oversees employee workstations
Creates and manages budgets, manages products, recruits, trains and disciplines employees as needed, performs safety checks and repairs in equipment as needed
Candidate will also oversee the maintenance department and projects

Job requirements:
Must be well versed with the rules and regulations of the ID State DPCC/DCR program, Air Pollution, Ground Water, Hazardous Waste, Safety, and rules of the local authorities.
Candidate must keep all pertinent records and present them to state authorities upon request.
Will have college degree or high school and several years of experience
