Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves loading materials in a refrigerated warehouse where the temperature stays around 40 degrees, but it is not a freezer environment. You will be responsible for using a sit-down gas or electric forklift to move, stock, and replenish inventory. The position requires the use of SAP to enter shipments, track received orders, and pick orders within the warehouse. You will also need to enter data into the computer system, read order numbers, scan items, and handle a production pace.

Responsibilities

• Load materials in the refrigerated warehouse

• Operate a sit-down gas or electric forklift to move, stock, and replenish inventory

• Utilize SAP to enter shipments and track received orders/pick orders

• Enter data into the computer system

• Read order numbers and scan items

• Handle a production pace

• Operate a sit-down forklift and participate in hands-on practical training

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of recent sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility

• Ability to work with a team

• RF Scan gun experience (preferred)

• Ability to lift 50lbs+ throughout the day

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Experience palletizing boxes

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50
