Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR works within the Sales Department and receives calls from existing customers inquiring about or placing an order for Flexospan's products. A Sales CSR will effectively inform customers about our products, build a positive rapport by listening and identifying needs, and provide solutions to customer questions and concerns.

Duties:

  • Advise customers about products and their associated costs.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice on products.

  • Obtain transportation costs from a variety of Flexospan partners to include in customer quotes.

  • Generate quotes for new and existing customers.

  • Provide customer follow-up on quotes to check status updates.

  • Ship product samples to customers when requested.

  • Distribute order paperwork to plant staff for product fulfillment/production.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems

  • Attention to detail is key

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
