Position Overview: The Supply Chain Strategy team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Program Manager to oversee the program from intake to sustaining. Ensure projects under the Global Manufacturing Strategy program are delivered in sync with program goals and expected value. Work closely with the Global Distribution & Transportation Strategy team to manage the road map associated with their program, along with the dependency among the projects under the global program. This role will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, tracking updates, and communicating progress and deliverables to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate program execution from intake to sustaining.

  • Communicates project status updates and priorities to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Lead project planning sessions to collaboratively develop global manufacturing strategies and insourcing initiatives.

  • Build and keep the roadmap or integrated plan and program milestones.

  • Facilitate process to identify and assign key resources to projects such as Sponsor, Project lead and project manager.

  • Facilitate XLT, Steerco, Leadership and cross functional meeting to review program and projects. Prep pre-read documentation.

  • Report out on program updates to Steerco, Sponsors, Cross functional leads, Projects leads and Project managers.

  • Responsible for program RAID log and dashboard updates.

  • Track program milestones, budget performance and value realization.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, planning, segment and finance leaders to communicate project goals.

  • Meet weekly with Executive Leadership Team to review program content and priorities.

  • Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations on project status, issues, and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP Certification or MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of leadership experience preferred in program management for Supply Chain on CGP industries.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with manufacturing or DC operation and production/supply planning.

  • Experience leading complex programs with high complexity and high levels of capital spend.

  • Proven ability to facilitate relations between Executive Leadership, Operations and Distribution teams, along with business and segments functions at a global level.

  • Ability to interact and communicate appropriately with cross-functional personnel through executive leadership.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with structured project management methodologies.

  • Experience in developing and deploying project management best practices, policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft office suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PowerBi and SharePoint.

  • Experience in tracking project metrics and reporting to senior leadership.

  • Ability to travel 25% to Supply Chain locations across the US and Internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) is a plus.

  • Consumer products industry experience.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement techniques.

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing automation technologies.
