Network Administrator I

2 nd SHIFT (2pm – 10:30pm)

About the Role

Troubleshoot, implement, and administer all network components and systems. Must be able to understand and troubleshoot enterprise scale network environments. Our organization includes support for current and legacy Cisco technologies including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of networking technologies or equivalent work experience

• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems and excellent documentation skills.

• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.

• Experience troubleshooting Cisco iOS and Cisco nxOS

• Experience with monitoring and triaging alerts for incidents or other IT events.

• Ability to engage, troubleshoot and assist in resolution of tasks and incidents.

• Demonstrated experience within a technical problem-solving environment.

• Works well within a cross functional organization and can communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders through verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and federal background check.

Preferred Requirements

• Cisco Certifications: CCNA or above

• CompTIA certifications: A+ or above

• VMWare/Microsoft/Azure/Datacenter certifications

• Other industry certifications

• Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM frameworks

• Experience working within a NOC/Command Center

• Associate degree in an IT discipline, or equivalent work experience

Shift Timings:

This role will support the Global Command Center's 24x7x365 operation's schedule. The schedule for this role is subjected to the business needs and may be morning, evening or overnight.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $45,350 - $58,900
