Actalent Project Manager III in Sanford, Florida

Description:

We are seeking a stellar candidate who is a flexible problem-solver with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience thriving in a Project Management role, with the ability to multitask effectively and handle unexpected challenges. Responsibilities include analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans; determining production cost factors; preparing material and labor estimates; developing and maintaining vendor relationships; managing bids and preparing cost analyses; presenting estimates to stakeholders; compiling actual costs; and applying standard scientific techniques and procedures. The role involves working independently on most assignments, managing medium single-discipline projects, and supervising or coordinating the work of junior scientists, technicians, and laborers.

Preferred skills and qualifications • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent). • Professional Certification preferred but not required. • Experience in managing budgets and expenses. • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
