Job Title: Buyer/Planner

Job Description

Develop and update production schedules to support sales requirements. Provide coordination and communication with Production Supervisors to handle scheduling conflicts. Communicate shipment information to customer service. Analyze customer forecasts and materials requirements. Create and revise purchase orders for raw materials and sub-contractors in support of production requirements. Track due dates to ensure timely deliveries and revise purchase orders as needed. Responsible to keep raw material inventory level at company-specific goals.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Santa Ana, California.

Work Environment

Very nice office environment in Santa Ana. Manufacturing onsite, but the majority of the time will be spent in the office. Open to start times between 6:30-8am, with the requirement to stick to the chosen schedule. Some overtime may be required, but no weekend work.
