Client job description  Maintains cleanliness and safety of floors by sweeping, mopping, and washing. Uses the appropriate cleaning agents.  Maintains bathrooms in sanitary condition by sweeping, mopping, and washing toilets/urinals and sinks.  Keeps bathrooms stocked with daily supplies; soap, toilet paper, hand towels; female sanitary products.  Maintains cleanliness of counters, walls, windows and various equipment by washing, wiping, polishing using appropriate cleaning agents.  Empty trash cans and bins in accordance with GMP standards.  Provides back-up production coverage as needed.  Documents and maintains accurate records of cleaning activities, e.g., what equipment was cleaned; location; time; day.  Assists with special projects/jobs as needed.  Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.  Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
