Description We are offering a contract for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant role in Santa Ana, California. This role involves working in the fully onsite office and primarily focuses on HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Assist with onboarding new employees, including organizing orientations and setting up interviews

• Handle I-9 verification process for new hires

• Schedule meetings and events as required

• Assist in preparing subcontractor letters

• Participate in conducting background checks

• Utilize HRMS and other relevant software for HR tasks

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Perform auditing activities as necessary

• Support HR Director in various HR-related tasks and projects

• Manage ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and About Time systems. Requirements • Position: Human Resources (HR) Assistant

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian software

• Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resources Management System)

• Proficiency in using About Time software

• Auditing skills

• Experience in conducting Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions within HR

• Strong Customer Service skills
