TEKsystems OnBase Systems Manager in Santa Ana, California

This Role Performs:

• Manages the OnBase team and the prioritization of work.

• Performs intake with business owners and evaluates, prioritizes, and communicates planning.

• Provides consultation and advice on emerging innovations and development by reviewing the roadmap, identifying what is new and upcoming and what is changing with the service

• Designs, implements, administers, maintains, and supports OnBase Systems to support various document processing and repositories throughout the organization.

• Maintains expertise in emerging technologies; stay apprised of vendor roadmaps for new releases, enhancements, and end-of-support announcements.

• Acts as liaison to IT and all County Departments regarding OnBase projects, implementations, upgrades, end user training, end user troubleshooting, and module design.

• Participates with management and staff in discovery and documentation of business requirements for OnBase solutions. Analyzes existing processes and interfaces.

• Provides input and suggestions including refining business requirements and alternative approaches. Ensures compliance with business requirements and technical specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience directly related to the skills required for successfully performing this position

• 7+ years or more of OnBase Administration experience

• 5+ years or more of Management experience

• Advanced working knowledge of current OnBase Systems Administration

• Advanced working knowledge of current OnBase Workflow

• Familiarity with current OnBase modules such as Document Management, Unity client, Workflow, Records Management, and Integrations

• Ability to design and implement OnBase solutions tailored to the organization's needs

• Proficient in writing SQL Statements in a relational database. Able to query and modify data and table structure in a relational database

• Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance necessary to successfully perform job responsibilities

• Experience leading and managing a team of OnBase administrators and developers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate team activities and provide guidance

Desired Qualifications:

• OnBase Certified System Administrator

• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator

• Able to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines

• Ability to mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment

• Knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques

• Knowledge of content management security concepts

• Experience with leading people through projects
