Insight Global is looking for a Shift Coordinator to join a leading automotive company located in Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $35-$38

* Coordinate daily dispatching by optimizing the allocation of fleet/tests in collaboration with Shift Managers.

* Manage resource allocation for all support requests efficiently

* Monitor and oversee tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution within agreed-upon timelines.

* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on vehicle statuses, maintenance activities, schedules, and transfers.

* Monitor the progress of tests closely and promptly report on outcomes or issues as they emerge.

* Generate detailed and accurate reports summarizing daily dispatch operations highlighting key metrics in regards to fleet performance

* Conduct bi-weekly in-car test ride-alongs to acquire firsthand insights into operational testing procedures.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive AV Dispatch Coordinator to join our team, focusing on optimizing fleet and test allocation in collaboration with Shift Managers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless resource allocation for all support requests, meticulously tracking and screening tickets through their lifecycle to ensure prompt resolution within agreed timelines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on vehicle status, maintenance schedules, and transfers.

As part of Test Operations, your responsibilities will include monitoring test progress closely, promptly reporting on outcomes and any emerging issues. To gather firsthand insights into our workflows, you will conduct bi-weekly in-car test ride-alongs, contributing valuable observations and feedback.
