What part will you play?
The Lead Audio/Visual Technician is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and repair of audio/visual equipment at the offices and events of our corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of audio/visual equipment, familiarity with computers, and can frequently and concisely communicate issues and updates internally and to clients.
What will you be doing?
Deploy and maintain audio/visual equipment in client offices and external sites
Responsible for coordinating and booking their own travel once assigned to a deployment, event or Lab support ticket.
Provide event support when scheduled, including setting up and breaking down shipping crates, equipment, troubleshooting problems, and providing technical support to presenters
Provide lab support for custom projects, including ticket management and frequent updates
Perform preventive maintenance on audio/visual equipment within guidelines
Escalate and repair audio/visual equipment as needed for fleet uniformity.
Request, Order and track inventory of audio/visual equipment
Resolve shipping and logistic requests
Update any and all documentation, SOP’s and data collection sheets
Comfortable with ticket management and prioritization
Routinely upkeep lab cleanliness
Travel:
This position includes periodic regional/ overnight travel, up to 4x per month.
Safety:
Capable of regular lifting of OSHA compliant weight requirements.
Compliant in any and all required training for Construction Safety, OSHA, LAB, and Company standards.
What do we require from you?
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
3+ years’ experience supporting commercial AV systems for corporate customers
3+ years’ experience configuring and upgrading desktop workstations and other office technology.
Proficient with Windows and Linux OS configuration
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite and product solutions.
Capable of communicating with clients on a technical and professional level
Experience supporting users in an engineering environment.
Experience with C-level stakeholder interaction
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
AVIXA CTS certification
Other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus of the position.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
