Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting processes including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities, treasury, budgeting, etc.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports or statements as needed.

• Ensure accuracy in general ledger processing and the integrity of financial statements.

• Assist with the budget preparations and financial planning processes.

• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.

• Provide input into department's goal setting process.

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.

• Collaborate with financial auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA will be a plus.

• Proven experience as a senior accountant with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

• Solid knowledge of GAAP and regulations.

• Proficient with accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
