Senior Director, responsible for strategy, technical marketing, and programs management

Job R&R Description:

• Develop strategy & roadmap for FabVantage™ Engineering Services, including Merger & Acquisition.

• Manage the strategy process for FabVantage™ Engineering Services.

• Partner with SBU and Marketing to capture the value of Engineering Services for AGS and Applied Materials.

• Own development of marketing collateral for internal and external marketing.

• Manage new service engineering capabilities development programs from Concept & Feasibility to global deployment in the field.

• Coordinate field training for service engineering capabilities.

Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times. This includes demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct reflecting Applied Materials' core values.

• Must have a minimum of 15 years of hands on semiconductor experience

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or above; ideally in an Engineering Discipline

U.S. Salary Range:

$196,000.00 - $269,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
