Your Career

As a Senior Manager of Inclusive Programs on the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team, your focus will be to support the company with building an inclusive and diverse organization to fuel innovation for Palo Alto Networks customers and stakeholders.

Your Impact

  • Build initiatives and programs, in partnership with key global stakeholders, to create an environment where Palo Alto Networks employees feel valued, respected and supported to drive business impact for our customer and stakeholders

  • Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR partners, and employees, using your expertise to elevate I&D efforts and champion best practices to further business impact

  • Develop I&D recommendations and action plans, ensuring alignment with Palo Alto Networks’ overall I&D strategy and business needs

  • Implement Initiatives with the Talent Acquisition team to integrate inclusive recruiting practices to attract and hire people of various traits, perspectives, and experiences

  • Facilitate the delivery and evaluate the impact of learning and growth initiatives with the Global Talent Development team to provide fair access to learning experiences and resources for Palo Alto Networks employees

  • Mobilize Palo Alto Networks employee community to play an active role in contributing to an inclusive and diverse workplace

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support strategy and inform programmatic design and updates

  • Earn credibility and trusted advisor status by demonstrating deep knowledge of I&D related subject areas and delivering on the commitments

Your Experience

  • Subject matter expertise in global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across a variety of identities and regions around the world

  • 8+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting as well as DEI, with a focus on program implementation and assessment

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills required

  • Experience with DEI and program curriculum design, facilitation and evaluation

  • Experienced in navigating fast-paced, matrixed global organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. HR, Communications, Legal, etc.)

  • Experience in change management and effectively navigating stakeholder relationships across diverse groups in an enterprise setting

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

  • Strong decision-making and discernment skills, with the ability to carefully weigh risks, consider multiple perspectives, and adapt strategies to select the most effective course of action in alignment with evolving business needs

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $153000 - $248500/YR.
