Nvidia Senior Service Product Manager – Software Support in Santa Clara, California

Enterprise customers demand high quality and differentiated service options, and timely support response to meet their business demands. Our team is responsible for the Enterprise Service portfolio, developing products for technical support, training services and professional services to ensure customer can adopt, and gain immediate benefits from the NVIDIA solution. We are also responsible to identify and own the service pipeline, maintain customer satisfaction, and foster long term relationship with the customers.

We are looking for a passionate product manager to join us to drive, deliver and manage the enterprise services portfolio. This role will work AI software and Cloud support services, as well as develop a joint support program across our partner ecosystem.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop service products for the software AI and cloud support portfolio, by identifying potential service offerings and gaps, generating requirements and specifications, defining the product strategy and positioning, operationalizing, and measuring the service products

  • Responsible to define, design and drive the join support program with support partners, as well as associated training, certifications, and policies for the partners

  • Responsible to align key stakeholders, including internal technical team and external partners, to successfully launch the new services

  • Identify areas for improvement in our software support processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

    What we need to see:

  • Results driven, capable of working in both a strategic and tactical environment, with ability to influence at all levels of the enterprise service business

  • Proven experience and understanding in AI software and cloud support technology, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with individuals from various areas of expertise, both technical and non-technical

  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a passion for staying at the forefront of technology and driving innovation

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in business and/or technical field

  • 8+ years of previous experience in product management and service-related field

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience and demonstrated leadership in enterprise services industry and understand their ecosystems and key players

  • Prior experiences in develop partner joint support program

  • Detailed understanding of AI software/Cloud service structures, service operations, pricing, positioning, and various routes to market

  • Ability to be actively engaged, work in areas that may be outside the standard job description to accomplish the job

  • Master’s or MBA preferred

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
