Nvidia SLT Test Supervisor in Santa Clara, California

We are looking for a Production Test Supervisor to join the dynamic team at NVIDIA, a company that has transformed computer graphics, gaming, and AI computing for the last 25 years. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and supervising a team of system level test operators on third shift to ensure flawless execution of production testing processes.

  • Implementing and maintaining world-class manufacturing standards, strictly adhering to quality and efficiency metrics.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify trends, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving a culture of safety and inclusion within your team.

What we need to see:

  • 4+ overall years of related experience and 2+ years in in a manufacturing supervision role with a track record of leading teams to success.

  • Associate’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Dedication to upholding high safety and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
