This role will support the Global Sales Compensation (GSC) team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards. They must maintain a high level of ownership and accountability and deliver best-in-class support.

Key job responsibilities

  • Run large initiatives to improve accuracy, timeliness, and speed with limited guidance

  • Be adept in working cross functionally with tech teams, stakeholders, customers, and leadership

  • Own the end to end product launch process from writing a PR FAQ, BRD, test plans, customer engagement, UAT, and project updates to interested stakeholders

  • Is a team player and independently drives solutions to improve data

  • Conduct detailed UAT to support project launches to enhance datasets

  • Answer critical customer questions on sales compensation data by diving into detailed data and leveraging SQL, big data skills and business insight

  • Troubleshoot operational data-quality issues

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager/owner and experience in end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Experience with on-prem to cloud migration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
