This role will align with the UpNest team, the newest addition to® network. UpNest is an innovative realtor marketplace connecting home buyers and sellers with highly qualified local agents who compete for their business.

Who you are:

What you'll do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify client's needs and respond with superior service and resolution.

  • Handle at least 40 connected calls, 150 call attempts and over 2.5 hours of talk time per day.

  • Understand client's objectives and challenges and align our services to accomplish their goals via phone, email, and sms communication.

  • Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal.

  • Navigate our in-house CRM system and work the pipeline of inbound clients.

  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years outbound, phone-based sales experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone.

  • Scheduling flexibility, as some shifts require holidays, late evening, or weekend hours.

  • An interest/background in the real estate industry.

  • Excitement to be part of something that's going to change the real estate space!
