Your Career

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Workday expert to lead technical implementation and support of Workday modules. By driving automation and scalability, security architecture and roadmap strategies, you will help bring our Workday capabilities to the next level!

Your Impact:

  • Bring your enthusiasm and expertise in Workday to lead the technical implementation and support of Workday modules, including HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting

  • Advocate for Workday opportunities and best practices across an evolving landscape of HR processes and systems

  • Drive automation and scalability across Workday modules to minimize manual work and ensure data integrity

  • Implement and manage scalable security architecture to protect sensitive employee information enable efficient administration and transaction processing

  • Align data governance across Workday, GCP, Tableau and other downstream platforms

  • Design and develop Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs

  • Develop a global integration roadmap, including payroll systems

  • Lead Workday strategy across additional modules including Prism and Extend, by implementing current use cases and adding new solutions based on business objectives

  • Drive implementation of Workday transactional integration into AI-EX tools

  • Apply critical thinking and experience to invent and evolve the way employees interact with Workday via new tools and technologies

Your Experience

Required:

  • 7+ Years experience delivering enterprise HCM systems, preferably including Workday

  • 1-2 large end-to-end implementations of an enterprise HCM system with a demonstrated deep knowledge of configuration and architecture

Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of Workday's business processes and data model

  • Cross-module expertise to design, configure, and implement Workday solutions (Advanced Comp and Recruiting are a plus!)

  • Ability to develop complex reports, queries, and dashboards

  • Proficiency in Workday Studio and other integration technologies

  • Familiarity with Workday Prism and Extend, and interest in developing creative solutions to business problems

  • Understanding of XML structure and web services/API concepts

  • Experience in managing security architecture and governance in Workday

  • Experience implementing payroll integrations and platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to elevate customer relationships and design optimal processes

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment - we quickly pivot to deliver value to our fast-paced business

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent training, education, and experience in information / cyber security, computer systems, IT, etc. or equivalent military experience required

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $122,500/yr to $199,100/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here .
