Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: San Fernando Valley, CA

Position Type: Full-time

Shifts Available: First Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) and Second Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring the quality of products. This position requires individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures in English.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
