About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the team and client conducting research, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of account performance metrics.
What You’ll Do:
Generate and review reports using aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.
Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to escalated requests from management and vendors.
Understand and work with advanced scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions.
Identify opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company.
Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer ; facilities management, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Monitor and report on budgets, training compliance
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum of 5 years of experience as Business analyst, project management, or real estate. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Excellence in Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules
Knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Consultant, position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Consultant, position is $126,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
