Our Ideal candidate is:

A motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and knowledgeable. You will be an integral part of our service team with a passion for coffee and exceeding guests’ expectations. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. You have a strong desire to learn and be a leader among your peers.

What you bring to the table:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a high-end coffee shop or high volume, fine dining atmosphere

• Exceptional communication skills

• Extensive knowledge of coffee and tea service

• Experience creating latte art

• Basic math and computer skills and ability to operate a service POS

• Ability to learn and retain information quickly

• Intellectual curiosity

• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team

• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time

• At least 16 years of age

• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period

Pay Rate - $19.50/hr.
