Description We are in the search for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to become a part of our team based in Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will be required to analyze business processes within the financial services industry, manage customer inquiries, and maintain comprehensive customer records. You'll also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to provide business-friendly solutions and insights

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to enhance investment management processes

• Utilize skills in SQL and Python programming languages to structure and normalize data

• Leverage knowledge of CRM and Confluence to manage customer records and resolve inquiries

• Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to maintain accurate customer credit records

• Apply analytical and data analysis skills to make informed decisions

• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to present data in a comprehensible manner

• Implement Agile Scrum and Backlog Grooming strategies to improve business processes

• Use Atlassian Jira and Business systems to process customer credit applications efficiently

• Draw on strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Strong understanding and working knowledge of business systems.

• Experience with Confluence is a must.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary.

• Proven ability to conduct effective Gap Analysis.

• Experience with AB Testing is expected.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is crucial.

• Must have experience in Backlog Grooming.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is required.

• Ability to create and handle Business Requirement Documents.

• SQL skills are necessary for data analysis tasks.

• Python knowledge for scripting and data manipulation is a plus.

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting is essential.

• Experience in using Tableau for creating dashboards and reports is a bonus.
