Job Description:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.

• Generate and send out invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing policies.

• Monitor overdue accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or issues.

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely posting of payments.

• Prepare and maintain records of customer transactions, credits, and refunds.

• Assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for financial reporting.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience (typically 1-3 years) in an Accounts Receivable Clerk role or similar position.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This position involves managing incoming payments, invoicing, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections, thereby contributing to the financial health of the organization.
