Robert Half Customer Service Manager in Sarasota, Florida

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Manager in the service industry, specifically located in Sarasota, Florida. This role involves overseeing customer service interactions, ensuring that our team responds to inquiries efficiently and maintains high-quality customer relationships. You will be instrumental in managing customer service representatives and ensuring effective communication within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

• Coordinate scheduling within the team to ensure optimal customer service coverage.

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Implement and manage CRM and ERP systems to facilitate efficient customer service operations.

• Handle cash activities responsibly and accurately, in line with company policies.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.

• Oversee general administrative tasks within the team, ensuring smooth operations.

• Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service management role within the service industry

• Proficiency in using ‘ADP - Financial Services’ for managing financial aspects

• Expertise in 'Avaya CMS' for managing customer interactions

• Proficiency in 'CRM' for maintaining customer relationships

• Familiarity with 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning' for managing business processes

• Knowledge of 'ERP Solutions' for optimizing business operations

• Experience in using 'About Time' software for workforce management

• Ability to conduct 'Auditing' to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

• Experience in managing 'Billing Functions' effectively

• Experience in 'Cash Activity' and 'Cash Handling' for financial management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty

• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer service targets

• Ability to develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
