What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the RESONATOR Infrastructure Team. The Infrastructure lead is charged with development, enhancement and maintenance of all database, reporting, system services, system interface, and user interface software for all RESONATOR systems.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Continue as a significant individual contributor within your engineering discipline on the Infrastructure team

• Participate in establishing program objectives and priorities in close coordination with the RESONATOR Program Manager and the Core, Processing, and Integration and Test team leads

• Collaborate with the RESONATOR Core, Processing, and Integration and Test team leads in defining, coordinating, and executing technical solutions for our customer

• Participate in the creation and refinement of requirements, test conditions, and documentation for RESONATOR systems

• Provide staffing recommendations related to the Processing team to the Program Manager

• Direct tasking of personnel within the Infrastructure team

• Enforce engineering standards and best practices

• Establish performance goals and development plans for team members

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI Clearance

• B.S. in engineering or B.A. with relevant study or experience

• A minimum 10 years of related work experience

• Excellent communicator and team leader

• Experience leading technical teams in high velocity environments

• Experience working with the NRO and IC Customers

• Experience with RESONATOR infrastructure development

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Masters degree in a STEM field

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$104,200-$229,200
