We currently have an opening for an Logistic Specialist at Bogati Urn Company in Sarasota, FL .

The Ecommerce Packing and Shipping Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all ecommerce orders are accurately packed and shipped in a timely manner. This role involves careful attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work with other team members, work independently, manage time effectively, and be proactive in identifying and solving issues that may arise in the packing and shipping process. The candidate must be flexible and willing to be a team player.

What You Will Do:

Order Fulfillment:

  • Receive all online orders and deliver them to the correct department for processing.

  • Process all manual orders (via e-mail or over the phone) and either run credit cards or mail/e-mail invoices.

  • Print single or multiple shipping labels for all orders using Shopify or Shipstation.

  • Apply bookkeeping skills to solve accounting errors.

  • Responsible for all returns/replacements.

  • Answer phones, take orders and basic customer service.

  • Take care of all Spanish speaking customers (orders, problems, questions).

  • Process all refunds, cancellations and credits (in both Shopify and Quickbooks).

  • Keep track of all orders and make sure they are all processed, paid and shipped in a timely manner.

  • Take care of all customs paperwork, forms and documents for all international orders.

  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.

  • Verify the accuracy of items picked and ensure they match the order details.

  • Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damage during shipping.

    Shipping:

  • Generate shipping labels and ensure they are correctly applied to packages.

  • Coordinate with various shipping carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery.

  • Track shipments and handle any issues related to delayed or lost packages.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient office area.

  • Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

  • Restock packing supplies as needed and inform management of low inventory levels.

    Quality Control:

  • Confirm orders before packing and report any issues to management.

  • Ensure that all orders are packed according to company standards and customer specifications.

    Customer Service:

  • Communicate with customer service representatives regarding any issues with orders.

  • Provide updates on order status and resolve shipping-related inquiries.

    What We Require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Two years experience with ecommerce fulfillment.

  • Two years experience with shipping software and carriers (USPS, UPS).

  • Two years experience working with Shopify ecommerce platform.

  • Must have 1 to 2 years of experience working with QuickBooks.

  • Advanced computer skills.

  • Must be able to work with Microsoft 365 Suit.

  • Minimum of two years experience working as a Customer Service specialist.
