Mechanical Engineer Opportunity Now!!!

Description:

• Design, implement and review products and equipment involved in the manufacturing process

• Supports the creation of Functional Design Specifications and design verification documentation.

• Supports development schedules to on-time delivery of Mechanical design, validation, and release to production.

• Perform prototype testing and make recommendations for improvements of new products.

• Analyze current production procedures and standards to identify inefficiencies

• Provide management with data and statistics to enable management to understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process

• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair to keep production equipment operational.

• Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control

• Ensure the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations

• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, monitoring personnel and resources, observing control points and equipment, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process and machinery

• Revise procedures by analyzing operating practices and implementing changes as required

Must Have:

• 5+ years of mechanical engineer experience

• Bachelors Degree

• Manufacturing background
