Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Hours: 7AM-3:30PM

  • Professional painter with brushes, rollers, white and drop clothes needed for residential painting.

  • This site entails walls only in downstairs unit.

Qualifications:

  • Be at least 21+ years of age

  • Current/Active N/A , N/A Certification or a willingness to obtain it

  • Able to use rollers and brushes to apply paint to walls, do near to perfect cut ins.

  • Before painting, prepare the job site by washing walls, repairing holes, removing old paint, and taping off areas to avoid painting.

  • Protect areas that shouldn't be painted like floors and ceilings with tape and drop cloths.

  • Clean up the work area by removing paint brushes and rollers, wiping up spilled paint, and rolling up drop cloths.

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Prior experience in the residential field required

  • Prior experience using Brushes and roller, stairs, drop cloths, blue tape for wall edges required

  • Position may require a drug screen
