Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site. 

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for staging, shipping and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies.

  • Stocks the parts stores with an appropriate amount of merchandise.

  • Responsible for inventory control, including determining levels, identifying and disposing of excess and obsolete inventory, and maintaining system inventory accuracy.

  • Enters inventory into software system.

  • Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers;

  • Handles bin locations including optimization

  • Responsible for will calls

  • May deliver parts to customer locations or job sites, other parts stores.

  • Practices safe material handling techniques.

  • Completes training as required, including safety training, certification and testing.

  • Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.

  • Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job.

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts, as required.

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • A Commercial Driver's License is a requirement in certain regions where a commercial motor vehicle is used.

  • Forklift Certification

What you will bring:

  • We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required plus minimum of six months warehouse experience. Forklift experience a plus.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.

  • Possess basic math skills. Ability to perform these basic operations using units of American money and weight measurement, and volume.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to take care of problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Forklift Certification

  • While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear. You will frequently be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. You will occasionally required to sit. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Base Pay Range: $20

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
