MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the assembly of machine components and main machine assemblies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing mechanical and/or pneumatic assembly. Including, but not limited to the following: Mechanical assembly of complete systems and individual parts - for sales orders and inventory jobs. Installation of blast guns and hoses (suction and pressure). Installation of motors, gear boxes, bearings, shafts, drive belts, etc. Assembly and installation of pneumatic systems including filters, regulators, gauges, solenoids, valves, fittings, air lines, hoses, etc. Use tools and additional equipment appropriately. Including, but not limited to, the following: hand/power tools, including drills, drivers, grinders, saws, calipers, levels, dial indicators, etc. Use shop tools, including, but not limited to, band saws, piranha, drill press, shear, break, etc. Interact with organization team members and other department in a professional manner Supply own tools for daily tasks

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
