Position

SAS has an opening for a Raw Materials Warehouse Shipping Clerk.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.

  • Capable to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Knowledge of D365 system

  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trailers from other SAS factories and outside Freight lines.

  • Creating shipping manifest/Straight Bill of Lading

  • Communicate with Freight lines

  • Coordinate the shipping items via UPS and FedEx.

  • Assist in picking and delivering materials to production when needed.

  • Perform special projects as assigned.

    Must Have These Attributes/Attitudes/Aptitudes:

  • Self-starter that desires to take initiative.

  • Ability to work well with a team or autonomously.

  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment.

  • Good attendance record.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Physical labor is necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including sitting, standing walking, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, talking and hearing.

  • The ability to operator warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and fork lifts.
