The Durable Slate Company Roofing Project Manager in Savage, Ohio

The Durable Slate Company is currently looking to add a Project Manager to our team!

CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least a 2 year degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or equivalent field experience or prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training.

  • Must be familiar with submittals, the submittal process, shop drawings, product data, RFI's, change orders, pay apps, and other construction administration.

  • Must be able to read and understand spec books

  • Must be willing to travel.

  • Able to communicate effectively.

  • We are a state certified drug free company. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and also random drug screening.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or less points for insurance purposes

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

  • Must be able to pass Federal, NSA and Department of Defense background checks for military and/or government projects. 

  • Be willing to learn!
