We have an exceptional Floor Tech Supervisor opportunity. As a core member of the Janitorial Team, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating all floor work for the account in addition to training all floor technicians according to the latest industry standards. As a Floor Tech Supervisor you will work closely with the Operations Management team in order to meet the needs of our clients.

Here is what you can expect in this role.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate all floor work for the entire account.

Provide training to all Floor Technicians according to the latest industry standards.

Monitor and develop floor care strategies to comply with the excellence in service and client demands.

Create on a daily basis a performance profile for each project according to the Scope of Services.

Responsible to instruct and guide the Floor Technician crew on proper care of equipment.

At the end of the shift the Floor Technician Supervisor is responsible of the final inspections of the floors work and quality assurance must be assured.

Reports must be completed after each Project and shared with the Operations Management Team.

This position is responsible for the performance, safety and guidance of the entire Floor Technicians crew.

Must be able to work weekends and different shifts including 2nd and 3rd Shift.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and some college preferred.

Two to Five Years of Floor Care Experience on all type of surfaces.

Must have previous experience on Training Floor Techs on all type of floor care.

Knowledge of latest Floor Care Trainings in the industry

Training and Supervisory experience.

Must have good Customer Service Skills.

Must Speak, Write and Communicate fluently in English

Must have computer knowledge in Outlook and Excel
