[Quality Control Inspector [Daechang Seat Savannah Corp. (DSC Savannah) is a leading automotive seat frame manufacturer opening a new facility near Savannah, GA (Bloomingdale, GA). [DSC Savannah, an automotive manufacturing firm, is seeking a **Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. QC Inspector will be responsible for various tasks within the Quality department. The incumbent will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the quality department.

• Implementation and management of Quality Management System
• Perform the companys part testing and tool calibration
• Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
• Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards
• Handle test requests and daily testing
• Conduct product testing and first article and final inspections
• Determining the causes of product defects and reworks

Continuously improve the testing and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

Documenting and reporting incoming product and service qualitylevels

Inspection of incoming parts

Following standards for inspection

Maintaining workflow for product inspection

Communicating with other team members to solve problems

Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found

Training other quality team members on all inspection processes

Monitor, inspect, and report on the quality of products, repairs, workmanship, proper labeling, allocation, and staging of parts received from suppliers and manufactured internally.

Review all analysis reports with the supervisor and produce reports as necessary.

Attend all training and train QC personnel as requested
