Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the processing of inbound containers, ensuring accurate and timely

receipt of goods. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any

discrepancies.

• Oversee the processing of outbound general orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing,

and shipping of products to customers. Maintain high standards of order accuracy and on-

time delivery.

• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans

for loss prevention

• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company

facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of

packages

• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with our team in China, facilitating

efficient information exchange regarding inventory, orders, and operational updates.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 5 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
