What you’ll do:

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing building owners, developers, property managers, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors to promote security system solutions

  • Ability to target, seek out, initiate contact, qualify and close new sales opportunities

  • Sell persuasively, persistently, and confidently to end users while reaching optimum profit levels

  • Develop and implement account strategies to take advantage of all sales opportunities

  • Actively listen, explore, and identify customer needs and concerns. Take initiative to research and understand the customer’s business. Influence security and building strategies with customers by addressing their operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements

  • Create high-quality estimates, bids, proposals, and presentations in a timely manner. Provide advantageous solutions, negotiate, and close sales

Who you are:

  • You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn

  • Prefer 3-5 years experience successfully selling security integration solutions or similar complex systems (Access Control, IP Video and related security systems)

  • Knowledgeable about the security market and comfortable selling to End Users, Contractors, and municipal entities

  • Possess excellent initiative and self-motivation with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction

Base Salary plus sales incentives and auto allowance
