Kelly Services Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Schaumburg, Illinois

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, Schaumburg, IL (100% remote for contract position - If hired as a full time employee they will have to travel into the office for meetings and special events. If they are on the local Chicago area the is highly preferred)

Kelly Services is seeking a Salesforce BSA specializing in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud for one of our top clients.

Length: 5 Months (Potential for extension or perm hire)

Type: Contract W2

Pay Rate: $51.50/hr. (W2)

Schedule: M - F 8 to 5 CST OT—As needed, international project - could be before or after shift and on the weekends

Training: 1 week and after the week will still have resources that will be there for questions.

Interview Process: 3 interviews - 1 st 1 hour google meet interview is with manager and one of the architect, 2 nd 30 min google meet is with another IT service manager and 3 rd 30 min google meet is with another IT service manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization and integration of Salesforce solutions, driving efficiency and productivity in our sales and service processes.

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce BSA specializing in Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance our sales and services operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and leverage your expertise to drive successful Salesforce initiatives (project based or steady state support).

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud functionalities.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Salesforce Solution Design:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Integration Management:

  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems used in sales and service processes.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities, ensuring effective adoption of Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud features.

  • Offer ongoing support and address user issues and concerns.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales and service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce BSA with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.

  • Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud are highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of sales and service contract processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Computer science, mathematics and management of business information technology preferred degree

  • Software development, Oracle, Google suite.
