Position Overview
The Human Resources Intern role will provide an opportunity to gain experience within various areas of the Human Resources department supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging area.
This position is based in Rosemont, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
Build DEIB Social Media presence
Develop a DEIB library, calendar of events, and DEIB micro-learnings
Required Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program at least to the sophomore level at an accredited college or university
Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Committed to ensuring a work culture of inclusion for all!
Digitally savvy - proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytic skills
Excellent writing, communication, and relationship management skills
Demonstrates attention to detail and concern for quality
Ability to work with all levels within the organization
Self-starter with proven organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct research and benchmark for best practices

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.01
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
