onsemi Business Operations Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our Power Solutions Group, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. As the Business Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to act as a liason for the Business Unit. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing, collaborate Industrial Power Division that is laying the foundation to lead within the semiconductor industry.

Job Summary:

  • Serve as a key business unit liaison for the Industrial Power Division (IPD) under PSG

  • Work with the IPD stakeholders to develop, manage and lead key operational business division initiatives

  • Oversee project plans to improve capacity, cost and quality at our manufacturing sites

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of key programs and KPIs

  • Collaborate and drive cross functional teams to achieve IPD P&L targets

  • Manage product portfolio and position product pricing and margins aligned with IPD strategy

  • Manage IPD devices within corporate execution of strategic fab divestitures including product transfers and EOL

  • Collaborate with product engineering and manufacturing to develop cost reduction programs to combat margin leakage

  • Manage IPD internal and channel inventory within BU targets

  • Collaborate with all organizations to close the demand and supply gaps, prioritizing key and strategic customers’ demand

  • Drive capacity initiatives and capital investments to support IPD business strategy and growth
