Indeed Client Development Sales Division Director in Scottsdale, Arizona

Your job

As a Client Activation Division Director in our Scaled BusinessSuccess(SBS) team, you will steer several best in class teams passionate about nurturing and growing existing clients in our small business segment. Guide teams in proactive client engagement, showcasing Indeed's value proposition and facilitating success through its products and services.

You will set the strategic vision, and work with the directors you manage to recruit, train, develop and inspire teams while balancing contesting priorities in a fun, results-oriented work environment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the selected individual to be in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Who you are

  • Manage directors and their teams across multiple time-zones and locations to hit all KPIs

  • Hire, train and continually engage and develop team members across various levels

  • Collaborate with other SBS global leaders to share best practices, drive strategy and implement consistently

  • Develop monthly business plans highlighting division risks and opportunities to test, innovate and scale

  • Partner with Training to ensure curriculum at all levels are appropriate and relevant and skills are developed for the current role as well as future roles at Indeed

  • Support SBS OKRs and work across other SBS areas to ensure your team's needs are defined and the overall goals are met and exceeded.

  • Communicate with influence in senior leadership meetings, All Teams or other highly visible forums

Who we are

  • 5+ years experience in Sales/Service

  • Inspirational manager who can rally a team towards their targets and get the best out of team members' performance

  • Track record of managing your team to hit all KPIs

  • High level of customer support skill

  • Performance management and mentoring skills

  • Proven track record of navigating a team through times of change management

  • 3+ years prior management experience required

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

Scottsdale 90,000 - 128,000 USD per year
