Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an urgent need of an experienced Controller/Accounting Leader to join one of our PE-backed clients on an interim basis. This is a pivotal role where you will partner with private equity leadership to assess, improve, and correct accounting processes and reporting functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the financial operations of this dynamic SaaS portfolio company.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current accounting processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to correct and optimize accounting practices.

• Collaborate closely with PE leadership to align financial reporting with organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• Oversee revenue recognition (Rev Rec) processes and ensure accuracy.

• Utilize NetSuite to manage and streamline accounting operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Controller or Accounting Leader in a SaaS environment.

• Deep understanding of revenue recognition (Rev Rec) principles and practices.

• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve complex accounting processes.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ on a hybrid basis.
