Robert Half's client in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary contact responsible for the support of senior staff including Executives and their staff.

  • Provide Day to Day Support, which includes break/fix support for all devices (Software and Hardware, PC's, Phones, Tablets, Software, Network and VPN Connection, MFA)

  • Provide remote and on-call support for executives travelling internationally, often requiring flexible hours.

  • Supporting stakeholders/VIPs and their major events

  • Full support for all Exec meetings - both internal and external

  • Provide support for global executives visiting the headquarters facility.

  • Must be extremely customer focused and be able to multitask well.

  • Must be able to communicate extremely well both verbal and written.

  • Primary contact responsible for all Audio Video Conferencing devices/units

  • Which includes:

  • AV Software/Hardware upgrades including initial as well as routine testing.

  • Troubleshooting and escalation of issues

  • Work closely with Vendors and AV Technician’s in other locations and provide coaching and guidance on executing AV support.

  • Supervise the transition, setting up, and installation of media equipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers, monitors, cameras, and equipment racks.

  • Develop good relationships with the global AV team and stakeholders to lead projects that keep production moving aiding event coordinators.

  • Monitor inventory, manage, and maintain all audiovisual equipment.

    Requirements

  • Previous Executive Support Experience highly preferred. Must have performed VIP desktop support and AV architecture role in last 3 years. Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years face-to-face experience is required in Desktop Support and AV support.

  • Experience coordinating, training, and coaching support engineers.

  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and direction to others.

  • In-depth working knowledge of Break/Fix Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks Camera, and Audio devices

  • Excellent computer and AV troubleshooting skills

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

  • The ability to sit/support/stand for long periods of time.

  • Must be willing to travel in this role.
